Emphasizing self discovery, safe alignment and mindful flow, this well-balanced, accessible program is intended for enthusiastic students and aspiring teachers of yoga. Working with the yogic concept of Vinyasa Krama (a step-by-step approach), the Foundational program encourages each student to start where they are, and consciously progress their practice, deepening their understanding of yoga. Led by InYoga teachers, enhanced with presentations by guest instructors, our program is designed for each participant to experience the transformational nature of yoga in their practice and life - and maybe even become a yoga teacher.
